For Android developers
Google Play wants 12 testers opted in for 14 days before a new personal account can publish. Tingjar players opt in, open your app every day and answer your questions.

What we do
Tingjar players pick your test and opt in on Google Play with the Gmail on their own phone. One person, one phone, one Gmail.
Days 2 to 14, each tester opens your app and checks in. That's the part Google looks for, and the part friends-and-family tests skip.
Your daily question, plus deeper ones on days 3, 6 and 10. Every answer lands on your dashboard, word for word.
Testers allow Usage Access, so Android reports how long your app was open each day. Measured days and answer-only days are marked apart.
Pricing
The daily minimum is how long each tester keeps your app open for a day to count as measured. Testers earn half of what you pay.

How it works
Add a name and a contact. That's the whole account.
Package name, closed-test opt-in link, optional Google Group, number of testers, daily minimum, your questions.
A person checks the listing and questions, then emails an invoice. Nothing is charged when you submit.
Testers opt in and open your app daily. You watch the grid, read answers and bug reports, and flag any answer that's junk.
When the 14 days are done, you apply in Play Console with real usage behind you.
Google's production form asks how you recruited testers, and paying a testing provider is a normal answer. What gets apps rejected is testers who installed and never opened the app. That's the part we're built around: daily opens, measured by Android, and written answers from every tester.
No. We ban it. A tester who leaves a rating or review because of us is removed and unpaid. Incentivised reviews break Play policy and can sink your account.
Testers give Tingjar Android's Usage Access, so the phone reports how long your app was in the foreground each day. A day counts as measured when it meets the daily minimum you picked. If Android can't confirm it, the tester can still answer your daily question, and that day shows as answer-only.
Flag it from your dashboard within the review window (72 hours by default). The tester's coins for it are held while a person checks, and a rejected answer isn't paid.
Google needs 12 opted in for 14 days in a row. People drop out of any test, so a few spares (15 for a 12-tester requirement) is the safe choice.
Pay later. We review your submission, then send an invoice. Testers start once it's paid. Testers earn half of what you pay per tester.
