Delete your account

In the app

1. Open Tingjar and go to Earn.
2. Tap your avatar at the top left.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete my account, then confirm.

It happens straight away and signs you out on every phone.

Without the app

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 83182 48385 from any phone. Tell us the email you signed in with and ask us to delete your account. We do it within 24 hours and reply when it's done.

What gets deleted

Your name, email, UPI ID, reminder settings and leaderboard scores. Your Google sign-in is unlinked.

What we keep, without your name

• Payout records (amount, date, UPI ID used, UTR, and PAN if you gave it), for as long as Indian tax rules require.
• The device hash and a scrambled copy of your email, so the same phone or Google account can't get the welcome bonus twice.
• Task answers you already sent, which belong to the developers who paid for them.

Before you delete

Coins you haven't cashed out are lost. If you have ₹20 or more, cash out first. If a cash-out is still on its way, wait until it's paid, then delete.
